Initial implementation phase

During your initial setup, integration, and testing of EmbedKit, support is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT). As you configure and validate the solution, this focused window allows Boomi support to provide you with direct and hands-on assistance.

Production phase

Once the EmbedKit is fully deployed to your production environment, we transition to 24/7 support, ensuring your operations run without interruption.
