Audit log entries

The Audit Log object creates entries for account management actions.

The Audit Log records the following types of account management actions:

  • Accept Terms and Conditions when signing in to a trial account

  • Add, update, or delete:

    • Authentication sources

    • API deployments

    • Users in an account

    • Roles in an account

    • Users in an account group

    • A tracked field

    • A schedule

  • Add API tokens on a user account

  • Add Applications, API Keys, or Contracts for

  • Add, edit, or delete a trusted IP address on an account

  • Add or delete:

    • An account group

    • A Cloud in an account group

    • A connector in an account group

    • An Integration Pack in an account group

    • A published component in an account group

    • A role in an account group

  • Attach or detach a process or Atom to or from a Runtime or environment

  • Changes to RuntimeObservabilitySettings

  • Copy a component

  • Create API Gateways, Runtimes, Runtime clusters, or Runtime clouds (runtime cloud clusters and Cloud Attachment)

  • Create, update, and delete private runtime clouds.

  • Delete

    • API tokens on a user account (user level)

    • API tokens on an account (admin level)

    • API tokens after removing a user from an account or an account group, removing an account from an account group, or deleting an account group

    • API Key

    • Atom (including Runtimes automatically deleted when deactivating the account where they reside)

    • Runtime cloud
    • Component

    • Environment

    • Node(s) from a Runtime cluster or Runtime cloud cluster

    • A Packaged Component version

  • Deploy an API

  • Download a document — success and failure

  • Download:

    • Atom logs

    • Execution worker logs

    • Shared web server logs

    • Process run artifacts

  • Edit or save:

    • Runtime, account, or forked execution properties

    • Environment extension values

    • schedule

    • Integration Pack extension values

    • Process properties

  • Enable, change, or disable:

    • Account Usage Agreement

    • Single sign-on (SSO)

  • Enable or disable:

    • An account feature (admin level)

    • Account Session Lock and Terminate

    • Account Session Concurrency

    • Account level Two-factor Authentication (2FA)

    • API tokens on a user account (user level)

    • API tokens on an account (admin level)

    • User level two-factor authentication

  • Run manual process or manual test process run

  • Force Atom to restart

  • Force sign out for session time-out

  • Generate an installer token

  • Modify

    • A user sign in password

    • An account password policy

    • An SSO User Federation ID

    • CORS settings

    • An account's Support Access Role

  • Pause and resume listeners

  • Purge data using the Atom Purge object

  • Restart listeners or the Atom

  • Resume, update, or stop process schedules

  • Request the disk space usage of a Runtime cloud attachment using the Atom Disk Space object

  • Rerun a document using the Process Reporting page or the Rerun Document operation

  • Restore a deleted version of a Packaged Component

  • Roll back your runtime, Runtime cluster, Runtime cloud, Authentication Broker, or API Gateway to use its previous version of Java

  • Stop Worker or schedule

  • Switch accounts — success

  • Uninstall Runtimes, Runtime clusters, or Runtime clouds

  • Unlock or lock user

  • Updates to:

    • Account properties manually for the Runtime, Runtime cluster, or Runtime cloud

    • Boomi Assure settings

    • Environment names

    • Environment roles

    • Integration Packs

    • Applications, API Keys, or Contracts for API Management

    • Names of user API tokens

    • User email addresses

  • Update (apply pending updates) or revert a Runtime or connector during prerelease or outside of prerelease

  • Upgrade Runtimes, Runtime clusters, or Runtime clouds, Authentication Brokers, and API Gateways to Boomi's latest version of Java using the Java Upgrade object

  • View document — success and failure

  • Failed login attempts and failed switch to different accounts are not captured and logged only for Boomi internal use.
